STARTER SERIES for TREBLE JAZZ CHOIR!
This medium swing arrangement of the classic tune sticks to three parts for the gals to sing, and although the chart is accessible for most groups, occasional crunchy dissonances with good voice-leading give them a chance to dig in to some heavier harmony. Includes space for a scat solo, and the solo from the demo is written out as a sample for students who wish to use that as a starting point for their own improvisation. An interlude section changes the vibe for a moment to a bit more contemporary.
