Chart Info
"Wet Hands" begins with simple arpeggiated major chords, then an equally understated melody appears in three parts, with subtle jazz harmony added for this arrangement. Unlike c418's earlier compositions for "Minecraft," this song has multiple form sections with changing harmonic structures and melodic motifs. The song's odd title represents the vast amounts of water in any randomly generated "Minecraft" world, in which the player may swim, fish or sail to discover a new biome across a vast ocean. The cascading melody may also represent the game's use of rain, which can create a soothing and peaceful atmosphere while the player explores and crafts. This arrangement features no solos and piano-only accompaniment, making it logistically easy for large and small choirs alike to put together.
